  2. To approve the Annual Report.
  3. To appoint the Charity Trustees.
  4. To appoint office bearers.
  5. To consider, and if thought fit, adopt the proposed revisions to the Constitution of CMS.
  6. To discuss the procedures for allocating moorings and setting mooring fees.
  7. Any other business
